At VDL Adelaide Spare Parts Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the fashion pieces are unworn and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
